How can I pay for my voucher?
You can conveniently pay for your Gift Voucher's order online through PayPal.
How do I receive the vouchers I purchased?
Our Gift Vouchers are electronic in nature and are sent out via email once the purchase is completed.
If you had indicated a recipient of the gift when making the order, the Gift Voucher will also be sent to the recipient's email you have provided at the time of ordering.
Please ensure that the recipient's email is correct before completing the purchase.
If you do not receive it in your email, please contact us at email@example.com and we will help resolve the issue.
Where can I use the Gift Vouchers?
You can use the vouchers at any of the participating Millennium Hotels & Resorts hotels or F&B outlets in Singapore unless stated otherwise in the Terms & Conditions of the Gift Voucher.
Who can use the Gift Vouchers?
Only the recipient or a person delegated by him/her can use the Gift Voucher. You may be asked for a form of identification when redeeming the voucher for verification purposes. For further enquiries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can the recipient redeem the Gift Voucher?
Depending on the type of Gift Vouchers, recipients can redeem Cash Vouchers by presenting an email print-out together with an official form of identification on arrival at any of the participating Millennium Hotels & Resorts Hotels or F&B outlets.
Alternatively, for Gift Vouchers of Room Packages, recipients will have to contact the provided Reservations hotline to redeem their room stay package.
Do Gift Vouchers Expire?
Yes, each gift voucher is valid for a set period of time. This is displayed prior to purchase and is printed on the voucher. We regret that we will not be able to extend voucher validity under any circumstances
